About Us

Take advantage of the city-sponsored Benicia Home Efficiency Program designed to help residents save energy, water and money. Through a partnership with WattzOn, Benicia residents receive free home water and energy audits from professional energy consultants.

The City of Benicia is able to offer this program with funds provided by Valero through the Good Neighbor Steering Committee.  All Benicia residents are eligible to participate.

WattzOn is not authorized to sell any service or products during or after the assessment.  The only requirement of the program is for residents to create a secure, anonymous user account in order to report program results to the City of Benicia.  The user account is free.
